Refund Policy
Effective September 21, 2026
CloudShots Pro is sold through three checkouts. Which policy applies depends on which one you used.
- App Store: Apple bills and refunds under the Apple Media Services Terms.
- Paddle, on cloudshots.app: Paddle is merchant of record under its Buyer Terms and Privacy Policy — the policy below applies to purchases made this way.
- Lemon Squeezy, on cloudshots.app: when it is the checkout shown, Lemon Squeezy is merchant of record under its Terms and Privacy Policy.
App Store purchases
Apple processes every App Store purchase and refund. To request one, go to reportaproblem.apple.com and follow Apple's steps. We cannot issue, see or speed up an App Store refund.
Purchases on cloudshots.app
We sell two tiers on cloudshots.app, both delivered as a licence key: Pro yearly ($9.99 per year) and Pro Lifetime ($24.99, one-time). Your key is emailed to you when the purchase completes, and can be sent again from the "Didn't get your key?" form on that page.
7-day refund
You can get a full refund within 7 days of your first purchase of either tier, for any reason, no questions asked. After 7 days, a lifetime licence is not refundable.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a yearly subscription at any time. Pro stays active until the end of the paid year, and you will not be charged again. If a renewal goes through and you have not used Pro since, we refund that charge within 7 days of it.
After a refund
The money goes back to your original payment method. When it arrives depends on your bank, so check with them; 5–10 business days is typical. Your licence key is deactivated and Pro features stop on every device.
How to request a refund
Email contact@cloudshots.app with your order number or the email you used at checkout, or use the link in your receipt email. We answer within 30 days.
EU and UK customers
If you live in the EU or the UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. Because your licence key is delivered immediately, you agree to immediate delivery at checkout, which ends that right; our 7-day refund applies regardless.
